Handmade in Nepal, lokta paper is made from the inner bark of the lokta shrub using techniques that have been practiced and refined for at least a millennium. Lokta paper is known for being versatile, durable, and resistant to pests and mold. Over the years, it has been used for everything from hand painted sacred texts to commercially printed restaurant menus, and is bound to work well for your next project!  

Available in 20gm sheets (lightweight). Each sheet is calendared smooth on one side (very slight texture on the other) and measures 20 x 30 inches.
